Compensation is on opportunity basis. The system is not built on the grounds of equal opportunity based compensation. Performance evaluation differs between businesses, teams and leadership, there are no common ground rules for evaluation.

Work Details

My role is techno-managerial. Typical workday is like a sandwich between leadership and employees. Need to ensure all technical deliverables are achieved with quality and on-time while ensuring stretched goals are also being delivered by the team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
