Dislikes

It's primary sales oriented company. Leadership team do take care who so ever doing primary. Although the secondary is not happening. Undue advantage, unnecessary pressure and threatening is always is there.

Work Details

The job is too boring. All the employees trying to impress RSM. Whether they are working or not if the RSM is happy then you can be employee of the year. So we have to impress our RSM, nothing else. If you failed to do that may be you will loose your job.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
