Was Interviewed for the above mentioned post. They basically want to appoint Professionals by paying us peanuts. They also want the candidate to be an allrounder. They want a person who is very young and active, but he/she should have an experience and expertise of an 80 Year Old Professional.

Nothing. Other colleagues might be supportive, but even they talk behind the back.

No proper employee documentation was provided. Multiple people have faced issues while collecting/getting relevant documents like experience letters. Unethical and bad work culture. HR policies do not apply. The system is autocratic. It's a big deal to apply for leaves as well. Multiple shady companies are operating under the parent company. Please avoid joining if you can.
