Very bad. In this tough situation even after various request, company force me for resignation.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics. Management force me for resignation at that though situation efen after giving full support to work.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
