Good work culture. You are allowed to commit a mistake. Management is flexible & easily accessible. Project oriented company. Good pay master. If company found potential in you they will accelerate your growth path.

Dislikes

Tamil & Marathi gang. Many incapable people sitting at the top of middle management. But overall good organization to work for.
