Salary Poor management Job security Poor faculty support I was so excited that I appointed as assistant professor ,but the really face of University I saw after one month . They starts holding my salary without any reason , deducting my salary with no reason, for which I complaint toregistrar , vc ,hod over there, but no one listening to my issues . Not only faculty from different departments facing same problem. Even I was suffered from juindice and university hold my salary of 4 months ,I daily mailed them please give my salary so that I can take proper treatment, but same they do nothing . You can watch on YouTube about the raya bahra University. Same problem with their shimla campus issues over there facing by faculty. Please it's my request to all dare to join this fraud University . Even CM of Punjab and DM of mohali very well know about all this but University having political approach. They also not listen our issue. I spend weeks there by eating parle-g only in while day . I don't want that the problem I faced over there other also face them . So please research before join there. All above issues are true ....Read More
