Teammates are not supportive at all. Leg pulling culture is too much. Behavior of Company owner is too much bad. During Covid-19 lockdown, company owner forced to leave job, he ignored several request and present situation. He treat his employees just like animal. Very bad work environment and culture. No job security, only good thing that you will get salary every month on 5th. Company do not follow its terms and condition which mention in appointment letter....Read More

Dislikes

Nothing new to learn and improve career. All project have same design, same data structure and same coding structure. Only copy and paste of code theory. Project quality is very poor.

Work Details

Though I did my job with sincerely and honestly. Work provided to me completed and submitted within time. First time in my professional career i got experience that if you got job in a company like Ray Computech , you may put full stop in ur career.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
