nothing like very much liking as i was away from office but GM was not kind of person who has to be ....like wanted a person has to local not going with other nativity and prompt his family .....a kind of selfish .....MD was good with knowledge on field work .

Dislikes

GM atitude dislike does not understand field (quarry) position and don't have patience to listen doubting always.

Easy to report on work to MD but down the line staff give negative thoughts to MD...salary package is good with travel allowance equally matched work environment balance on work was good but management should have to check out on one ability rather giving negative thought by benefiting his own and being selfish.

First circle management who are advisories to MD

Work Details

My nature of work is to procurement of rough block and ensure the same selected blocks reach factory. Give feed back to company as to new material coming to market and follow up.
