The Freedom to perform is excellent. Leaving apart the corporate politics, every this else is beyond expectations.

Dislikes

The Culture at RATIONAL India is very unhealthy. The corporate politics are too dirty as you move up in positions.

Rational gives you independence to work with your own ideas by following the process. During Covid 19 this company stands out far better and has taken care if employees very nicely. They have kept us motivated and some session of mindfulness is also going on. Dislikes

Work pressure is only on sales, less accountability to back office team. The new team members should be chosen after discussion with the future leaders. Cause might be the future leaders has better ideas.

It’s fabulous. Sales is a challenging job but since its Rational it give confidence to pitch your self in market like a leader.
