I worked at this company for the past two years, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. There was no increment or growth opportunity during my tenure. When I decided to resign, the behavior of everyone, including the director, changed drastically. The director behaves sweetly in front of you, but his actions show otherwise. He neither wants to give you an increment nor let you leave the company. During the time of increments, he starts scolding people to discourage them from asking for their deserved raise. They don't even provide salary slips, and there's a 10% deduction from your salary which you only receive after leaving the company. After you leave, they will mentally harass you and make excuses like "Sir is not available, we need sir's signature" to delay the payment of the 10% deduction, promising it in the next month. The HR department is also very rude. As I mentioned, their behavior changes drastically after you resign. If you need any documents, they treat you so rudely that you wonder why you wasted your energy and time there. I regret working there, especially since now I have to join another company at the same payroll because I didn't receive any increment. Its disheartening to feel like I'm starting as a fresher despite having more than four years of experience.
