Company is good as view of as an employee. Mr. Saurabh Rathi who is Boss of there is a very nice person and his father also. Increment and Work Growth are very low. atmosphere is good and staff is also good.

Growth is slow but they are not very strict. overall average.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

My work is to resolve all queries of distribution, I represent md view towards all functions of company, handling all indirect tax matter and commercial operations independently,I abolished previous all bad myths toward customers services.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
