Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Team mates are good and supportive, Didn't get much opportunity for training, they care about there employees so no need to get any thought about job security, Didn't look to have much carrier growth, salary/appraisal is totally on your work performance, generally travelling is depends on your work location but they provide travelling allowance, They have much experienced people so great opportunity to learn from them, Work-life balance is though at early to while moving on it gets smoother....Read More
