This was my first company to start career.. was quiet novice when I joined. IT taught me the nuances of sales and tricks of trade. Good coordination among the team mates and manager.

Dislikes

Very slow in growth , in 1996, when I joined , they hid the fact that they are not taking me on comapy's pay roll rather as franchise! It didnt offered me any growth prospect in the organisation .. though it became my stepping stone in further career..
