1) Extremely toxic work environment ( CICO Department ) that hinders creativity and productivity. 2) Management is heavily focused on micromanaging every small detail and employee. 3) No room for personal initiative or professional growth. 4) Company culture is plagued by favoritism. 5) Managers take personal grudges against employees, leading to unfair treatment. 6) No support for career development. 7) Communication from managers is poor and always inconsistent. 8) High stress levels, lack of support, and no clear direction make this one of the worst places to work. 9) Specially be aware of blue shirt guy....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
