1- Salary delay sometimes 25 days or 2 months. 2- Pathetic work culture. 3- No Job security, planning manager is ill qualified and most disgusting person I have seen in my life.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
