The senior designer is rude towards their juniors he don't respect others he don't know how to behave, he has no humanity, cruel, rude demeans others, they won't let you stay if you're going to work with them.

It was really horrible experience for me to work such place it completely destroyed my abilities and career path, the place was really negative and environment was really toxic. Politics was super high there was no growth.

Negative environment, toxic seniors, politics, no job security, taking employees for granted, no career growth.
