Job security. National manager will send you one mail for work review and nect month he will remove you. But they won't give you any idea. I Would not recommend anyone to join their instrument division. It's very bad. Those don't have sales experience are sitting in UK HQ for pricing approvals. It's very bad. No value for your work.

I am associated with this company since last 2020 and the culture and atmosphere is very nice and company is growing every year and on time we are getting increment every year and the products are too good and the views of the customers are awesome, all the customers those who using Randox FDA approved products are satisfied.

The very first thing comes to my mind when i think about randox is Peaceful & Positive working environment. Work life balance is so very good by providing leaves on all saturdays and yearly 10 days factory shutdown leaves apart from 20 days yearly leave. Randox concentrates on quality of work, no questions will be asked even if weleave the company daily on time. And the Provident fund benefits is extremely good, Contribution of employee and employer amount is same. I Can feel a friendly environment and Equality. Our efforts has been identified and rewarded with benefits. My immediate reporting manager is very great in handling a team and bringing the best out from them.
