Initially Rana Polycot limited was among the best companies having a good scope for career growth,learning, exposer , nice salary package and time to time appraisal, job security etc but since last 3/4 years company is facing heavy financial problem, bad shape of plant and machinery, salaries full and final, other due all sort of fringe Benifits are not paid to employees.
