Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow, but this is same with other educational institutions as well. So no complaints.

Work Details

I learnt a lot on the job. I got a chance to work as resources person for interdepartmental workshops and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
