The middle management has pride in themselves the manipulate people and uses slang now and then,the have so much pride that they will shout inbetween the office, very toxic atmosphere

Company is for higher officer only. Management knows only them. They not recognize shop floor normal employees. Class culture here more . Company interested only in only number of production and own profit. Normal shop floor Employees work in every Sunday and govt holiday.
