Ramagya is the worst company ever in my 8 years experience, this is a poorly managed company, led by unprofessional individuals who terminate employees without valid reasons. The work environment is strict and oppressive, resembling that of a jail. The director appears smart but lacks wisdom. I advise to new joiners not to consider this company as they do not respect talent. They don't provide offer letters, and any proof of employment like - salary slip, appointment letter, experience letter, PF etc....Read More
