It's management is one of the worst they don't respect employees, neither they credit your salary on time nor they listen to your complains , i suggest not to join the institution even you are in your worst conditions

Good work environment and culture. Supportive staff members.company policies are good they also provide transportation.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not on time and career growth is slow.

Worse university one can work with. Salry is always 2 month late n employees are underpaid. Management does not care about employees or students. Deputy registrar Mr. Shukla is inhuman and lacks knowledge of his field even. Most of the management is on bought degrees. No experience letter will be given in lieu of ur one month salary in case u leave without serving notice period though it is not written in appointment letter</mark>. Working here is horrible.. Never ever join this institute even if you are unemployed.. U vl b asked to leave even after doing 2-3 months of job without prior intimation. They show disrespect to teachers there... Students quality is also not good.. I just wonder how can ugc give recognition to it being a university... A helping and supportive work space opportunity to grow learnt so much .good work environment.good infrastructure.company policies are good.

So far there are issue in bonus(little bit) and arriving at time because of road jam otherwise it's okay .

This job is good I struggled a bit In beginning as there was no formal training session but with support of everyone I got the hang of it I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me so much.

It's policy to ignore employees who come by their own convenience,their salary get deducted even when they are stucked in jam while the other staff who come by bus their saley is not deducted

I don't like anything about this University. There is no job security. There is too much of politics. Sincere and hard working professors can't sustain for long time. Culture is very dirty. There are no HR policies. They don't even give proper offer and appointment letter. They give salary after 2 to 3 months and deduct salaries for no reason. University doesn't follow any norms and policies. They just hire people on fake terms and will terminate you without any reason.

There is no work life balance and they force employees to come to University on holidays as well and if the employee doesn't go they will deduct the salary.
