Likes

I don't like anything about this University. There is no job security. There is too much of politics. Sincere and hard working professors can't sustain for long time. Culture is very dirty. There are no HR policies. They don't even give proper offer and appointment letter. They give sal ary after 2 to 3 months and deduct salaries for no reason. I will highly not at all recommend the Professors or any other administrative staff to join Rama University....Read More

University doesn't follow any norms and policies. They just hire people on fake terms and will terminate you without any reason.

Work Details

There is no work life balance and they force employees to come to University on holidays as well and if the employee doesn't go they will deduct the salary.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
