they dont give salary..the salaries are 3 months delayed...the hr deptt has very negative attitude towards doc. and they hav cancelled n denied to give even govt. holidays to the staff

Having over 20 years of experience, I have never seen such an unethical company. The entire organization is at risk of shutting down soon due to one rude lady. They neither have the funds, nor the brains, nor the decision-making power. The management is completely unprofessional and clueless about running the company. We in the accounts department are given orders by someone from marketing, who dictates what we should do. Let me remind you, Madam, what you are doing right now is called harassment.It’s baffling how someone could complete an MBA in one year when it usually takes two years for most people. I don't understand the process of appraisal and increment like hard working employee are always struggle and they got no appraisal not any increment n I m one of them working hard nd got no increment.

Company culture is very good all the employees are very helpful to each other , you have lots of opportunities to explore new innovative ideas in your work for your skill development , if we are talking regarding job security then i 'll give 5 star to this organisation becz there are so many employees , they have been working for 10 years or more .
