Nothing, Trust me don't join this company till Aprajita is there. Company's Director is Good, Knowledgeable and know how to run business but this lady Aprajita has full control and she likes politics only. She has ruined career of many employees. Even they delete bad reviews.

Everything, Again don't join this company if Aprajita is there. She is the lady who has ruined everything, she is the mother of all problem. Aprajita Chauhan is ensuring the downfall of the entire group. She is the worst person I have ever met. She forces everyone to post fake review on Ambition box and if we don't then she deduct salary of the person. She is the worst person. She lives in a la la land and I don't know from where she is earning so much money. I don't understand the process of appraisal and increment like hard working employee are always struggle and they got no appraisal not any increment n I m one of them working hard nd got no increment.

Company culture is very good all the employees are very helpful to each other , you have lots of opportunities to explore new innovative ideas in your work for your skill development , if we are talking regarding job security then i 'll give 5 star to this organisation becz there are so many employees , they have been working for 10 years or more .
