I've noticed a significant decline in employee satisfaction since the management changes in 2023. Through conversations with colleagues, it's clear that I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction. Morale has decreased, and many employees are unhappy. Specific concerns include: - Poor communication from management - Lack of support and resources - Unclear goals and expectations - Negative impact on company culture. I've seen talented employees leave, and those remaining seem disconnected. Everything - Please Please do a favour on yourself your life and career by not joining this ... ( I don't know what it is it can't be called even a company) so whatever scam it is dont join it. The most pathetic and dirty culture and only politics the most beautiful thing is that all the top management personnel are well-illitrates. Full of dictatorship and list goes on.. so stay safe.
