I went for an interview for legal role. There were two rounds 1st with legal head another with chief general counsel. I already appeared for 1st round virtually and explained everything about my previous job experiences despite that in second round they end up asking same questions, legal head was part of this second round and she was clueless which shows that they had no coordination with respect to the candidate profile and experience. I also felt that they had no idea about their own preferences , it was time waste for me coz I end up explaining things to them which was repetitive and self explanatory.
