There is nothing good about this organisation. They only get people to fire them without zny solid reason. The management works on their whims and fancies. There is unorganised random work to do. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. I have worst experience with ralli international school.They always demotivate teachers.No respect for teachers.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high.All the time teacher have to be ready for new work without any prior notice.They insult teacher in front of parents.

If you want to exploit yourself please join ralli international school, this is the hard core reality of the school. The people on higher post are with out teaching experience. This is a proper Lala type of school which is established by the chair man to stand his son and daughter in law who was earlier in shoe business.They make pressure on staff.
