While the company culture is good the HR team is very toxic place to work with toxic manager who has to show every two days they are in control and can make or life. Living hell and they go to they purposely hire submissive people and use it as weakness to mentally harass you

The company has no benefits apart from work. Its just that people are being pushed to work. They layoff people based on HR Head’s decision.
