Great for starting your carrer as a software developer in java and J2EE.

Dislikes

No fun activities. Minimal attention towards enjoyment activities for employees. Just sit and work is what is expected of you. Poor salary and low invrements.

Work Details

The first year was a little hectic as I plunged into the deep sea of software development in java. Later on, It was pretty much smooth sailing from there on.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
