Teachers learn Cambridge way of teaching. Decent salary

1. They destroy your confidence if you are a new teacher. Make you work till midnight, on all days, including Saturday. Work hours from 7.30 to 3.15 but beyond if needed. No work-life balance. When you join, they tell you that you need to work at home also. 2. Poor work culture. Shouting at staff members, humiliating is very common. 3. They make you feel like a beggar. They make you feel that they own you because they pay you. Many times, they comment on staff dress, appearance, language. Very arrogant management and leadership. Only a few old staff who say yes to everything the management says survive. 4. A big number of staff leave every year, including admin and teaching faculty and Principals. No job security. At their whims they terminate you without notice and dont pay you for the notice period. 5. If you want to resign, you need to give 3 months' notice and deposit all your original certificates while joining, which is illegal<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If you leave, they dont pay your salary and don't respond</mark>. This is more true for male staff. Most of male staff have left the school in the past few years. 6.
