Dislikes

This is problem see in all the companies now a days. They will not give the best salary to the existing employees but if any new employee joinees they will give the more they the previous employer. I think this is not fair.

I work in branding and promotion

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
