They don't how know civil construction works. HOD of Civil is an architect and she don't know anything about core construction. She only came office only for gossiping & drama.their work culture is very much poor. Don't join this company.

There is nothing to like at all except some colleagues who are innocent souls and some Seniors (not all).

Dislikes

1.Specially the work culture. There is no ethics, no office decorum, no specific delegation of work. 2.Being an Advocate you will be required to do the work of a clerk, driver and also a tele-caller. 3.The juniors rather freshers are expected to work like an Advocate having 35 years of experience. 4. From day 1 they expect you to have full knowledge about all the projects they hand over to you.(It is not alt all necessary you have gone through the files or not). And you have to update accordingly in whatsup groups opened by them. 3.All communications are made through whatsup as they don't have any project tools. And the interesting part is the reporting authority doesnot scroll above to see any previous chata and so you need to give daily additional 1hr or above for updates. 4. Still need to mention every day the reporting authority will abuse you with slangs/filthy languages and insult you infront of others in the groups. Here education doesnot matter. 5. Body shaming and lure and sexiest comment passed by some of the employees (who are above or 49 years). And he is mostly associated with attendance and hr department. 6. They will add you to hundred groups in whatsup and you will have to give updates on that groups whether you are aware of the facts or not or the work has been assigned to you or not. 6. They will deduct the salary abruptly- mostly for missing out one or two less important updates out of 100 whatsup groups. 7. Sometimes you will have to give updates of the seniors as they himself doesnot give any update and they mostly non-coperate and by their grace your salary will be deducted 8. The most bad thing is the Seniors and few juniors of legal and other departments will humiliate and harass you(if you are a fresher) mentally for doing even a single and small mistake. 9. The salary structure is not at all as per industry. After studying for five years a B.A.LL.B graduate is not expected to get a salary of Rs. 10000. And the experienced receives only 17000-18000. And that also after deductions you will receive 13/14 thousand 10. You will have no benefits PF,Gratuity,Mediclaim. 11. And if you are on sick leave or any leave(marriage or bereavement) you will have to be always available on phone and give updates on phone and the interesting part is you will not receive any salary during this period. 12. No work no pay.. no one day sick leave also. And you may also require to work Monday to Saturday from 10am to 9pm and even on Sunday. Usually working hour is Monday to Saturday 10-7pm. But if you are on the good books of the person counting attendance you can leave even before 3pm on Saturdays. And others day on 6pm.
