Advanced technology given at company is helpful in making the work little bit easy at same time making the patient understand the technology which they even don't need to know .

Dislikes

Equal patient side +writing work or file+ system work making a huge work load. Seniors don't even listen the logical points of staff and keep staff feel inferior. Nobody take stand for nursing staff. Sometimes patient say some words or something which is really very disheartened and demotivative. No increment for new staff.cancel the promotion or increment even for small reason. No rewards is given for good work even not praised. The given is very much much low than then nurses deserve.
