HR lies about your compansation. They literally lie to you about your salary and then will deduct as more as 1/3rd of salary in the name of PLI which comes every third month if you work your as* off. And for rest of the months you don't even get the salary which was offered to you.

Work Details

Come on time and then go only after the boss. Who can be busy in some meeting not knowing that you are there but people still wait for him to appease him. This weired culture only exist in media houses like Bhaskar and Patrika.

Good work environment and good culture .Company policies are not good those who work in downline of seniors as regional wise. Company loosing the regional client bussiness due to RO office head & not aggressive to get bussiness. Employees not get fair justice from company.

There is a lots politics between seniors and management doesn't address our issues only management top level seniors RO head coniseder not junior level like Manager.

The job is not interesting. I struggled alots in the beginning as was no formal training session. I have done all the work at my dission. I am a role employees but company never believe to short out the problem by RO head & looses a lots of bussiness.
