Work Envirnoment is good, good learning things and supportive peoples, but salary is low , work life balance is difficult.

Dislikes

Team members are very helping nature , good learning opportunities. Salary very low compared to market.

Work is very interesting, but work pressure is high.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
