Raj Group has open work culture. lot of freedom is given to the management empoyees to perform. it has average thrust on training and performance appraisals. i was instrumental in having the performance appraisal system fall in ine mainly at Mumbai and Chennai. at these places company has factory as well as office. At Silvassa factory also we did good amount of work on performance appraisals. We did good job on imparting training especially internal by in house trainers. we had flexi timings at office so that work life balance was being maintained. There was ample job security for employees. the company was driven by HR Goals and poicy. Emphasis is on strategising on business objectives....Read More
