Management is very cooperative and they gave the good opportunity to handle 10th class . It's a pleasure to deal high school. As Earlier was a middle school teacher.

Dislikes

Some times meeting are conducted during weekends which make uncomfortable time.....

Well cooperative teammates, job security depends upon your hardwork and dedication, prompt salary payment, timely and deserved appraisal, nice work environment, good work life balance

Dislikes

Parents should co-operate with teachers and managemet, and teachers should educate parents also and management is expected to take necessary steps for this.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
