There is nothing to like about such a pathetic hospital. If anyone want to waste there money can choose this low class hospital. If anyone wants to waste the time they can choose this hospital as a carrer.

Dislikes

Everything is dislike, Management, staff, unit heads. Specially Sanjeev, Dr Ramesh, Veena HR. They are such a pathetic and stupid people in the organization never care about empolyee life if they like to through they can make out anyone from the company. So, very risky hospital I would not suggest to anyone.

There is no job security , and top- level Management is poorly coordinated, Leading to a one man show environment. The only advantage is timely salary credit,you will surely receive your salary by 30th or 1st of month. Good support from nursing manager, other colleagues are exceptional as not everyone's your well-wisher. The 2nd most reason is that the company has gained so much of fame in the Indian health system which can give you a good experience certificate for your future career growth as this hospital is renowned for good health services....Read More

There are many units in the Hyderabad itself so only one unit's atmosphere may not justify the entire reason for dislikes, yet after conversation with fellow colleagues in other units , here's the entire summary:- 1. Not much skill development, I had been there for 2 years as a Nurse and it is strange to mention that there's no certificate workshops for advance life support such as BLS, PALS,ACLS,NALS although other well known branded hospitals are providing such courses to their nurses too.. 2. No over time payment . Sometimes you may have to work extra shift but you will not paid anything against that, though a Comp-off can be raised, but which is very far to use as you will not get to use your standard 4 offs/months , thinking about comp -off is once in a blue moon. 3. You will be blamed for everything if it not your fault.. as per Every Indian mindset nobody bother about nurse in India....Read More
