It is a startup that started in March, 2023. Being a new company it's still in it's development phase and also includes a BOND of 30000 which will be returned after a year of contract with the company, which is understandable. Time period to come on payroll is 100 working/training days which is too long.

Railworld is fake company doing scam they ask you security bond and then they will suddenly close company. I was part of this scam i lost 35000rs cash which i paid as a security bond.
