If you take stand for your self they start pressuting you other wise. All the reporting managers are good some time baad if you don't give your output perfect. Sometime you give your output but they don't see due to others mistake your have to listen.

in railtel all things are best , it's my opinion and also realized that managers are only give attention on vendor (contractors) not on dipartmental team, some time use abusing language with team but on vendor they poliet.

1. Outsource employees have no future, no job sequrity. 2. Promotion of regular staff (uppar than DGM level) on the basis of experience, age. 3. Sometimes regular staff treat outsource staff too Badly. 3. Team is not supporting for outsource staff.. I want experience , & reliving certificate and HR department is saying talk to agency, agency needs HR approval.. so bad response.. 4.
