it is a good company if you want to continue your study during the job. Have some good departments and seniors. If you pursue job and side by side want to study more there you get your time for study less work maximum time.

Lack of growth in company. You can't think your future here as a out sourced employee. If you didn't brush up your skills and develope new skills for make a good switch for another company. That your degradation starts from.

There is too much politics. Permanent employees who come from railway on deputation treat outsource staff as their slave. Ta/da processing time is very slow it take approx 4 months
