I joined raheja only just because it's a very big brand in real estate market right now m learning lots of new thing since last year all the HR department has been changed.

I don't think so all are employees working for as per the policy and complete hierarchy they are follow

Salary Delays for month, Management has worst leadership, there is no full and final settlement, a lot of harassment done by seniors to their juniors. No professionalism.

1. Poor Management . 2. Unnecessary employee harassment. 3. Delay / Holds the salary whenever they want to and without any reason 4. Threatening about termination in every single meeting. 5. No appraisal /promotions 6. The management focus on stupid things like getting pictures rather than doing actual work 7. NO FNF if you resign, HR doesn’t know how to communicate on Email.
