Management cooperates for new initiatives Encourage faculty to enrich the research skills Good appraisals based on the faculty competency and skills. Also encourage new faculty to gain knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

For new faculty management is more encourage, may be they considered to stabilize the faculty for working environment.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
