Joining RadiSys is a great pleasure, the onboarding process was very smooth and excellent assistance by the HR team & Tech Team at each and every step. It is a Product Based Organization. A company with a great culture, wonderful peers and established procedures and policies. 1. It's a very good organization to explore the advanced technology and industry trends towards 5G NR, 5G Beyond and 6G 2. As a Project Manager, I feel the group activity, collaborative index across the teams, effectiveness within the team and on-time deliverability are the significant characterizing factors of RadiSys quality and its supremacy in 5G RAN and 6G products across the globe.

Smooth onboarding process. I never saw such hassle-free onboarding process. All people in HR team doing fantastic work. Environment in Office is really very good. Another good point - you do not have to think about your food once you are in office. All foods (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner) are free, and they are really Hygenic.

The senior Management is very supportive. All work in a collaborative way to achieve project goals. Flexible working hours, makes like more easier to meet personal commitments as well. This a good company to constantly learn and grow.

Sometimes, some projects gains a lot of pace and it becomes challenging to meet deadlines in shorted span of time. Teams takes this opportunity to check their strengths and weakness

There are some good teams where you'd wanna work and learn but internal politics hinder you from shifting or takes months before you've squeezed out whole at the current team. Good place for people used to or interested in politics.

Company Culture: The company has a poor culture unless you're planning to stay long-term and become one of them, "We're Family, but wrong place to find money", as they say. Compensation: Policies, benefits, CTC and things agreed upon before joining are often changed few months in, which are non-negotiable. Career Growth: Not recommended for young professionals seeking to grow their career, as the environment is not conducive to development. Lack of exposure, opportunities and fixated skills which would render useless when switching. Management: Lot of mismanagement the VPs aren't aware of. Arrogant HR, unplanned hiring. Changing offer letter after joining. Lay offs after 3-4 months of joining. Insurance policy for individual also changes after joining, individual need to pay for their insurance. No hikes or appraisal even after being best performer in the team. Bonus / variable is fake they don't provide bonus for 2 years . Worst than Indian company. Very poor management, no support, even causing toxicity and isolation. No team culture. No growth, they don't even have good projects anymore, due to bad decision making of upper management. No advocacy of engineers only rubbish politics of useless managers, HR is also useless, thinking of ways to cause trouble and lay people off without any PIP, no hikes or bonuses since 3 years, they deliberately hold employees back in promotion or good work to hinder their growth.
