Terrible management, No work culture always need to do buttering to next level managers. No job security. I strongly recommend every one whoever got any job vacancy in this company, kindly don't join. It will spoil your career.

Dislikes

Colleague are supportive but higher management is worst. No ethics, No work culture. Only good part is salary come on time.

Work Details

After join this organization, I was very excited to work but slowly slowly n gradually I came to know that I can't take any decision myself, always need to butter my line manager and also my line manager has ego issue. So, I quit.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
