I joined mrchi after a 10 year banking expreince but due to covid the company was not able to sustain its employees for three months also. First there was a pay ut and then they started firing out people who are just 8 month old in a system out of which 4 months were covid. The company only supports old employee and was spending like anything begire covid. The management hasnt face such pressure before covid and to save their salaries they just started firing people....Read More
