The organisation needs to develop and understand some key points before hiring resources. They are venturing into the digital platform without understanding the nuances involved in it. No training is scheduled for the older employees in order to upskill them due to which the new joinees are having to fill up for such colleagues' ignorance on the latest technological updates. They are laying off valuable resouces left right and centre during this pandemic and naming them as cost cutting of extra resources. There is no scope of growth. Manager doesnot value the employee's unique skill. Preference is given to favourites in the team.
