I like the fact that am part of the steering committee which plays a vital role in key decisions. There is fair amount of autonomy for HODs. Most team mates are understanding, co-operative and work as a team to achieve Corporate Goal.

Politics, which can possibly be avoided.

I have been generally enjoying my journey so far at Radiance. However, interference of few employees is a cause of concern and sometimes I feel demoralized.
