Very rude owners.....don't join if you are expecting self respect....i worked for 4 years but no job satisfaction nor job security ....if the don't like your they will remove any employee without notice ....please beware

The management particularly the founders Mr. & Mrs. Sanjay & Rakhi Kankaria are great human beings with a vision and dream for future. Absolutely believes in genuinity of people working with them at the same time extremely work - holic though.

Dislikes

Difficulty to transformation as one needs to make that mark in the organisation to make the management feel their genuinity. But yes, having said that the management is open for innovation upon achieving the above said.
